History of Fit Happens

Fit Happens Personal Training & Fitness Studio has been a mainstay in the community for over 17 years, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff to assist its members in attaining personal health and fitness goals.Through the years it has grown and evolved to fit the needs of the community it serves.

It started out as a small 2,100 square foot Personal Training Studio on Route 30A in Johnstown. Before long, Fit Happens saw the value in expanding to a full gym rather than just a training studio, adding more equipment and an aerobics program.

Today Fit Happens occupies a 10,000 square foot facility located in Gloversville, NY. In additional to all the previous features, it now includes tanning, a spinning room, 4 separate workout areas, a cardio theater, half basketball court and an unparalleled aerobic program with over 100 classes a month.

From humble beginnings to its present state-of-the-art facility , Fit Happens has emerged as a full-range fitness center accommodating a growing number of people with diverse interests and needs.
